💬 Individual Sessions

$100 per 50-minute session

A standard pay-as-you-go option focused on your goals and personal pace.

💬 4-Session Care-Plan (Optional)

$360 (Save $40)- A short-term care plan designed for clients who prefer to schedule consistent weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

  • Payment is collected upfront for convenience

  • Unused sessions are refundable upon request

  • If your clinical needs change, we may adjust or discontinue the plan together

💬 6-Session Care Plan (CareCredit Option)

$600- For clients who prefer a structured approach and flexible financing through CareCredit.

  • Any unused sessions may be refunded (refunds follow CareCredit’s rules)

  • I may modify or discontinue the plan if clinically indicated

💬 Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

Living Through Experiences Therapy is an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance plan’s out-of-network benefits.

I may also have limited availability to see clients through a partnered practice that accepts insurance. Feel free to reach out to discuss insurance options and what may be available to you.

FAQs

  • Yes, I do have a limited amount of sliding scale slots open. If you believe you are not able to pay my current full fee, do not hesitate to still contact me to see if a sliding scale spot is open.

    In the case that I do not have any open, I can refer you to other therapists or possible websites where you can find other therapists.

  • Yes. I offer a 4-session care-plan for $360 and a 6-session CareCredit care-plan for $600. These options are designed to make therapy more affordable while supporting your commitment to the process.

  • Yes, I currently accept clients using their out-of-network benefits. You are be responsible for checking your out-of-network. However, I will provide you with a superbill on the services provided.

  • No, I am currently only allowed to see clients in Florida. Even when providing telehealth appointments, you must be living in Florida for me to see you.

  • In the intro call, we will talk a little bit about ourselves. You let me know why you are seeking therapy, why now, and what are some of your goals. I introduce myself to you and speak about how I usually work with clients and my style of therapy. I find it super important for us to be a good fit together. Thus, if you feel comfortable, then, we move on to the next steps following the intro call.

  • If you are ready to move forward to begin therapy, then I will send you some forms to complete before scheduling our first session together.

    In the case where you do not believe we are a good fit together, then, I will provide you with some referrals of other clinicians that can be helpful.

  • CareCredit is the health and wellness credit card designed exclusively for healthcare services with special financing options.* With CareCredit, you can use your card for a 6-session package for therapy sessions.
